CBBR LLC Boat Rental Cancellation Policy

Weather Cancellations:

• Weather-related cancellations will be determined solely by CBBR LLC.

• Full refunds will be issued for complete rainouts.

• CBBR LLC reserves the right to reschedule your time slot by up to 1 hour before or after the original time to accommodate weather conditions.

• Since Florida is known for light and brief showers, rescheduling due to such weather is not eligible for a refund.

Late Arrivals:

• If you are more than 45 minutes late to your designated start time without prior contact and a valid reason, your booking will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations by the Charterer:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure will receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure will result in the forfeiture of all funds paid.
